Javits Center
The New York Convention Center Operating Corporation may be able to claim that it has the whole world in its hand since it's the manager and operator of the "marketplace for the world" (also know as the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan). The center serves as host each year for myriad conventions, fashion shows, association meetings, trade shows, and more. The center features such amenities as restaurants and cocktail lounges, temporary private office rentals, and concierge service. The New York Convention Center Operating Corporation (also known as NYCCOC) was established in 1979 to manage the Javits Center.
