About Shields
Over the past several years Shields Manufacturing has expanded capacity and capabilities, culminating in a 90,700 sq. ft. purpose designed facility in Tualatin, Oregon. Shields houses over 60 machines and has 183 employees.

- On Time: All our facilities currently operate at 97% or better on-time delivery performance. We utilize state-of-the-art scheduling systems to ensure on-time deliveries are not just luck, but an organizational culture driven by people and process.
