Site Reliability Engineer III The Site Reliability Engineer III leads the design, development, and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure that enables fast, reliable delivery of software solutions. This role translates complex business requirements into technical architecture, aligns stakeholders on infrastructure strategies, and mentors team members. They also ensure production environments are secure, observable, and responsive, even during off-hours when required by contracts. Their work reduces technical debt, increases delivery efficiency, and strengthens platform reliability. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or during meetings. Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites or company meetings. Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person, requiring clear speech, listening, and written communication skills. Ability to move within an office environment, including reaching for files, using office equipment, and occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds).
