Job description

Role Responsibilities:
This position is to complete our control CTR-54897 ECRS - TCPA Governance Assessment Review, which conducts a TCPA Governance assessment within each TCPA-impacted Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring that the procedures, workflows and controls have no compliance gaps, sharing the assessment results with Enterprise Privacy and Technology Office (EPTO) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) legal counsel. Assessment evidence is reviewed and resulting observations are documented in a tracker that is maintained in the Enterprise Consumer Rights Solutions (ECRS) SharePoint site. Each assessment observation is reviewed with the working group to confirm remediation actions required. The working group's decisions on observations are recorded in meeting minutes and in the tracker which are maintained in the ECRS SharePoint Site. If the LOB doesn't have a workflow documented, this data analyst will work with the LOB to create one as part of the observations.

MUST HAVES
Candidate must have at least 5 years as a business analyst working in a financial institution, with at least 2 years of compliance, risk or privacy experience.
Candidate must be very organized and detail-oriented, timely with deliverables and analytical in process to understand the scope of the Line of Business and the TCPA impacts.
Candidate must have intermediate skillset for analysis and visio
Candidate must have experience and skillsets for creating and making presentation to bank leaders and stakeholders.

PREFERRED
TCPA and privacy knowledge and experience
Expertise with MS products/tools
Contact Center management or process experience
