Job Description:

As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our IT and Cybersecurity Managed Services to businesses of all sizes. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from anywhere. Once trained, your primary role will be to identify potential clients, understand their IT needs, and offer tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to sell managed IT and cybersecurity services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions that fit their IT and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of managed IT services, including network infrastructure, hardware consulting, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.
  • Simplify complex IT solutions for clients, demonstrating the ROI of managed services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


Required Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or managed services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex IT solutions and explain them in simple terms to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of common IT challenges for businesses and cybersecurity solutions (a plus).
