The MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) Coordinator will coordinate moves, adds and changes (MAC's) in office, lab, and clinic settings, and provide project management support for MAC related alterations. The MAC Coordinator reports to the MAC Program Manager and is responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget of moves/adds/changes (MAC Coordination) as assigned. Other projects may include adjustments and/or reconfigurations for work areas including replacing carpet, re-painting, electrical, data and minor room alterations, etc. A successful candidate has an ability to communicate clearly with all parties involved in a project, including key stakeholders, internal and external customers, team members and vendor partners. This role requires the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail in order to ensure satisfaction with end users. The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.21 to $46.80 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
