Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support members of the Executive Leadership team. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the senior leaders and their teams. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations; to utilize strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills; and to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.The EA will conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings and travel for the leadership team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support executive team members by preparing and coordinating communication andmanaging complex calendars.

  • Books travel and supports monthly expense completion

  • Prepare documents such as reports, letters, presentations, etc., including researching and conducting data inquiries.

  • Compile updates from each team and distribute and help track milestones.

  • Help coordinate schedules for cross-team collaboration, as necessary.

  • Capture and publish release notes for software.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and team.

  • Record, type and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.

  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with a minimum of three to five (5) years as an administrative assistant or project support experience in a professional environment supporting cross-functional project/product teams.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
