This position, based in the region, and reporting to Senior Director, will focus on regional advanced packaging market segment in three key responsibility areas. They are technical marketing support for product and business development, local field capability development and external ecosystem engagement. The position owner should build deep advanced packaging technology (now and 5 years roadmap) understanding and provides expertise to Product Groups and Account Teams to win application market share. He/she will also engage industry ecosystem stakeholders in branding effort and enable collaborations initiatives. What You'll Do
1) Customer technical marketing engagement - Map customer market & technical roadmap, trends, challenges, requirements & inflection point - Partner local account teams in application matrix building & key penetration and defense identification - Technical marketing support to Sales organization by positioning company's product and technical value - Coordinate total packaging solution TRMs in customer sites - Support market requirement survey for packaging products - Business and competitive intelligence 2) Internal field capability development and support - Conduct field process and sales team training on packaging trend and products - Manages integrated demos to ensure on-time and meeting customer requirements - Serve as a technical advisor/leader, in high impact customer escalations (based on P&D and integration related) 3) External / ecosystem engagement for branding, roadmap tracking - Participate in local packaging conferences to increase network & awareness, potentially as guest speaker to promote Lam solutions, where available - Engages fabless and local research institutes to understand and influence packaging roadmap Who We're Looking For

'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
