Job Summary

To guarantee the satisfaction of the Distributors' Network, ensuring the fulfillment of orders in due time and form, as well as the search for improvement opportunities in the logistics process.

Main Activities:



  • Follow-up with parts analysts to backorders and/or special orders.
  • Follow-up and response to Distributors' requests by mail and telephone.
  • Ensure that coding in the system is always done correctly.
  • Search for references and accessories.
  • Guarantee the availability of materials for the distributor network.
  • Order placement and cancellation.
  • Investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Order creation and warehouse process management.
  • Design, execution, and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Customs knowledge.
  • Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the areas involved.
  • Create, prepare, and analyze sales and consumption reports.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or international Trade.
  • 6 months in activities related to purchasing and ordering processes, customer service, call centers or related.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate-advanced English (B2/C1).
  • Active listening, written and spoken expression skills.
