Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. 8-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Education: Minimum - Bachelor of science or Master of science degree in physical therapy. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Wisconsin. Certified athletic trainer or EMT or have taken an approved Emergency Responder Course.
