Responsible for submitting financial Static Reports (FSR) to Financial Accounting for submission of Federal reports.Responsible for day to day general office duties, ordering supplies, maintain inventory and site repairs for the Office of Clinical Trails/ Project Inspire Departments at Moses Research Tower - 8th Floor. (MRT- 8th)Handle scheduling for staff at the Moses Research Tower - 8th Floor and the Director of Research Grant Developer

Education/Skills:

High School diploma

Must be able to handle and resolve issues that may arise.

Must have good communication skills

Able to use SAP, Microsoft, word and excel

Able to operatie Outlook calendar, copier, scanner and fax machine
