Your Role: As a service technician, you will support our customers during difficult situations such as downtime, equipment failures, and other key power plant issues. An assigned territory and set of accounts will be your responsibility. Along with YoY account growth, the main objective is to ensure we are meeting our customer's high-quality expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A two-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years relevant field experience or similar instruments and equipment.
  • Strong electromechanical skills and understanding of complex electrical concepts (replacing and testing boards, power supplies and various components).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and a customer-first attitude.
  • The ability to travel 3-4 days during the week to customer sites.
  • Commitment to a safe working environment regardless of weather conditions and on-site procedures.
  • A valid US driver's license and a clean drug test.
