Position Summary: The Senior Program Coordinator provides advanced support of the Pharmacy Experiential Education program through coordination of clinical site locations used to provide required Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs/APPEs) in the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. Responsibilities include site onboarding and compliance monitoring, student compliance monitoring, academic registration and grade reporting and support of co-curricular professional development requirements. Essential Functions: * Evaluate contracts and student records for determining students' compliance with contractual agreements, including on-boarding requirements from clinical sites. Correspond with agencies regarding student preceptorships/clinical experiences and forms needed by the preceptors and agencies and ensure students can complete training at the sites. * Track student compliance with co-curricular and experiential requirements in rotation management system. Maintain all records related to preceptor/clinical contract compliance (examples include confidentiality forms, HIPAA & BBP training certificates, CPR card, drug testing, background checks, immunization compliance, liability insurance, student handbook signature form, release of information form). * Complete APPE course registration each semester and update with changes as they occur. Pull evaluation report from rotation management system and submit APPE grades each semester. Follow-up with preceptors who do not submit grades. Education & Experience: * Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 6 years administrative and/or office management experience. * Experience in higher education, and/or working with contracts is desirable. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, work independently, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments as required. * Ability to analyze and interpret data. * Experience handling confidential duties professionally. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency skills in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel; Power Point, and Outlook. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
