What We Are Looking ForThe Licensing team is on a mission to radically simplify license management across the entire Networking portfolio so it better aligns with customer outcomes. As a Design Lead, you'll apply a range of skills including workshop facilitation, UI design and concept visualization to drive a user-centered approach. As a partner to Product and Engineering leads, you'll bring clarity through strong visual storytelling that advises strategy and aligns internal partners. In this role, you will develop deep domain knowledge, product expertise, and understand complex customer use cases. You'll set a vision based on customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build iteratively. Your passion for collaboration and design thinking will guide you in creating innovative solutions. Our team's primary focus is on software, but we also find opportunities to collaborate with teams across the organization and think about how to improve the entire customer journey.
