Job Overview:

Reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management and under the general supervision of the Registrar. The Associate Registrar will provide administrative support for the management of the Registrar's Office. Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of academic records of newly admitted students/current students and providing quality customer service to the aforementioned enrollment management groups. This position will also assistance with scheduling departmental activities, the transfer evaluation process, semester based academic calendars, and the regular academic catalog.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education; or related field

Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree

Background in records

Registration

Ensuring stability and functionality of the information system in the Office of the Registrar

1-2 years experience in Registrar's office
