Work Relationship and Scope: Reports directly to the Controller. Has contact with funding sources, employees, supervisors, program directors and executive management. Must be able to work both independently and from a team approach. Working Conditions: Required to enter data into computer, and the work is performed while sitting for extended periods of time with the ability to move about at will. Physical Demands: Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle objects and controls. Must possess hand and finger dexterity. Handling files and documents may require reaching with hands and arms. Could have a requirement to stoop, kneel or crouch and to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
