Maintenance Lead (pay rate $35.50) Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Maintenance Lead to be based out of Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this person's primary focus will be to support technicians, maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. What you'll do:
What you'll bring: Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent. Technical certifications is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. 5 years of experience doing electrical/mechanical maintenance in an industrial/ manufacturing environment. PVC maintenance is preferred. Must have strong Mechanical and Electrical skill sets. Experience with installation of machinery and equipment as well as disassembly. Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events calmly and logically. Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred. Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of VFD, CMMS, and PLCS. Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
