In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday-Thursday. This in-office time fosters creativity, innovation, communication, and stronger team relationships, supporting both individual and organizational success.

Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The primary purpose of this role is to establish clinical relationships in markets where new campus location are likely to open and to support new programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets.
  • Develop and manage a national account strategy.
  • Use direct mail, telephone, email and face-to-face meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership.
  • Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses.
  • Researches, contacts, negotiates, and contracts with potential clinical agencies for studentexperiences
  • Identifies potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initiatives.
  • Identify best practices, create client facing information, and establish on-going working relationships..
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors required, Masters preferred
  • Min 5+ years business development experience.
  • Healthcare sales experience preferred. Nursing preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills - must be able to work with various levels of management
  • Team player willing to share and exchange ideas
  • Action oriented - work autonomously with little direction.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $51,962.03 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
