Facilities Manager - Class A Operations
JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and optimize the management of our client's Class A facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise, industry best practices, and leadership skills to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management Support and guide client's facilities staff and service providers Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption Develop innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting Manage vendor performance during normal and off-hours Compliance Ensure adherence to standard processes, policies, and procedures Maintain compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and relevant regulations Process and Operations Management Oversee facility management services within assigned facilities Manage facility capital and operating expense plans Develop and execute projects supporting client goals Perform quality assurance inspections Manage monthly site reviews (MSRs) Onboard and manage vendors to meet scope requirements Potential future management of remote sites People Management Establish strong working relationships with client's facility team Perform additional duties as assigned Safety Management Ensure 100% employee safety training compliance Maintain zero recordable incidents and lost workday cases Oversee safety PM and repair completion Support vendor JHA submissions Performance Management Manage CMMS system for in-house staff and contractors Maintain accurate asset inventory and maintenance programs Achieve high client satisfaction scores Prevent unplanned operational interruptions Implement operational enhancements and share best practices Ensure compliance with JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program Client Satisfaction Regularly meet with site POCs for feedback Address concerns promptly Communicate expectations clearly Promote PBM and JLL culture Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Class A facilities management Strong leadership and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems Knowledge of Class A operations, building systems, and HVAC equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Commitment to safety and environmental compliance If you're a seasoned facilities management professional ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic Class A environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with JLL. |
