Job Description
Agilent is seeking an energetic, creative, strategic, and experienced communications professional to support communications for the Agilent CrossLab Group (ACG). Reporting to the Director of Business and Organization Communications, the person selected for this role will be responsible for supporting ACG's communications objectives by highlighting various elements, including strategies, change management initiatives and team success stories to inform, engage, and inspire ACG employees - and to tell ACG's story externally. The role will be key to driving consistent and effective communications content that helps ensure understanding and alignment of high-impact business initiatives. This individual will work closely with the president of ACG - Agilent's largest business by revenue - to help articulate business priorities and initiatives. The work also will involve interaction with other members of the ACG executive-leadership team. In addition, the person selected for this role will engage with the marketing team, other business unit communications leads and members of the Global Communications team. The position reports to Agilent's director of CEO communications. Responsibilities:
