JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The School of Labor and Employment Relations of The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for part-time lecturer positions for the spring 2025 semester in the following areas: * Research methods in human resources * Diversity in the workplace * Strategic HR * Artificial Intelligence in HR * Employment law * Organizational behavior Applicants with professional as well as teaching experience in this subject matter are preferred. Part-time lecturers will teach online courses in labor and human resources (undergraduate) or/and human resources and employment relations (graduate). A Master's degree in a related field is required. Candidates with Ph.D. or J.D. degrees in the discipline are highly preferred. These are one-semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment. Part-time lecturers normally teach one to two courses per semester.
