Molex is looking for a Vice President of Global Sales for our structured cabling group. The Vice President of Global Sales is responsible for leading and expanding the company's global sales initiatives within the industry. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive market share growth and adapt sales strategies to meet the unique demands of the global structured cabling market.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy focused on increasing market share in the structured cabling industry.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes specific to structured cabling.
* Establish and nurture relationships with major clients, industry partners, and suppliers to strengthen the company's position in the market.
* Collaborate with Global marketing to establish and implement a marketing plan aligned with sales strategies.
* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the sales strategy is aligned with technological advancements and the company's product roadmap.
* Lead a global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the structured cabling domain.

* Exceptional communication and team-building skills, with experience leading diverse international teams.
* Willingness to travel internationally and engage with different cultures to promote the company's structured cabling solutions.
