Job Description
Position Summary

The Underwriting Administrator provides administrative support to the Underwriting Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Setup new clients in Operation System and communicate with the Sales team on missing items prior tofunding.

  • Monitor missing documentation in Salesforce/PALS(CRM)for newclients.

  • Maintain client files such as scanning and filingdocumentation.

  • Maintain, communicate andfollow-upwith Operations regarding pending items such as tax issues, missing legal documentation, insurance and authority, etc.

  • Prepare, manage and communicate all ancillary documents and updated legaldocumentation.

  • ReviewUCCand Search to Reflect for compliance and confirm corporate and debtormonitoring.

  • Prepare and mail Welcome Kits to newclients.

  • MonitorSaferWatchfor Insurance and Authoritychanges.

  • Monitor monthly tax reports onclients.

  • Maintain active/inactive clientmonitoring.

  • Monitor 8821expirationsand update.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma orequivalent.

  • 2+years'experience in working administrative duties or support in ahigh-volumeworkenvironment.

  • Experience with Uniform Commercial Code(UCC), aplus.

  • Experience in factoring or financial services, a plus.
