We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Banking Associate with a strong background in Liquidity Product Management to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with liquidity management products and possess a deep understanding of the full product management lifecycle.

  • Lead the development and deployment of liquidity management products, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from inception,, including ideation, design, testing, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery and optimization.
  • Manage core liquidity products such as Demand Deposit Accounts, inclusive of Client Segregated Accounts, Escrow and Term Deposits and related interest, and placement fee statements.
  • Have a deep understanding of deposit guarantee schemes in the US (FDIC), UK (FSCS) and EU (EDB)
  • Implement sophisticated liquidity strategies for corporate and institutional clients, ensuring they maximize returns while minimizing risks.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for product differentiation.
  • Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans for new product offerings.
  • Engage with clients to understand their liquidity needs, providing customized solutions and insights.
  • Partner with the sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth through strategic client pitches and presentations.
  • Ensure all liquidity products comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and trends, adapting products and strategies as needed.
