Warehouse Specialist

Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory. Data entry in BaaN. Some Receiving, stocking, and assist whse supervisor with misc. duties essential to the operation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock and enter parts accurately and timely into the ERP System
• Perform data entry pertaining to the warehouse
• Assume a lead role in resolving issues, which relate to the receipt and stocking of incoming materials
• Consult with supervisors about any problems with picking, packaging or stocking stations
• Offer assistance to others in the department if and as directed by the supervisor as it relates to the deparmental processes
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
• Keep Maintenance schedules on warehouse equipment

Skills & Experience:

• 5 years general warehouse experience
• Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Windows based computer experience
• Inventory Control
• Deductive reasoning skills

Tools/Equipment:

• BaaN, Microsoft Office, forklift, pallet jack, weight scale

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and moving hevay boxes or parts, setting up storage bins and moving them when necessary

Work Environment:

• General as related to working in a warehouse environment
