Nature and Scope of Role:

Continue your journey of ongoing development beyond your MBA by joining the Regal Rexnord General Management Development Program! Build your capabilities as you work towards a future senior leadership role in one of our global divisions. We'll help you get there through a series of high-impact roles, formal development, mentorship, and coaching that builds the skills you need to lead as a VP/GM. As part of the General Management Development Program, you will progress through three roles of increasing levels of responsibility, gaining exposure to different areas of our business. Career progression through these experiences will be strategically managed to best align your individual development needs and interests with overall organizational demand. Accelerate your career through roles focused on:

Customer

Product Management - drive profitable revenue growth by creating and executing a product development and marketing roadmap for a physical or software/digital product portfolio within a business unit.

Sales/Marketing - drive commercial and product strategies to outpace market growth of defined segments.

Strategy and M&A

Business Development & Strategy - support the definition and implementation of the company's organic and inorganic growth strategy including supporting the annual strategic planning process and identifying, evaluating, and pursuing relevant M&A opportunities.

Continuous Improvement

Regal Rexnord Business System - support assigned location with achieving SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost-competitiveness), through the effective application of the Regal Business System tools and methodologies, to allow the plant to drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. Influence the commercial excellence strategy as a part of the growth engine of the organization.

Supply Chain - support material planning, inventory management, customer order fulfillment, internal process improvement, or general warehouse and distribution management.

Product

Operations - lead an Operations team that includes manufacturing, customer service, supply chain management, and operational excellence programs.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Specific responsibilities vary with each role but include exposure to the following:

  • Cross-functional / cross-departmental outlook and managing the various direct and indirect relationships
  • Responsible for timely execution of agreed-on KPIs and presenting activities and outcomes to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Develop a broad-based understanding of all areas of our business while acquiring unique leadership skills and capabilities for Regal Rexnord
  • Learn about a culture of continuous improvement and how that drives superior shareholder and customer value
  • Proactively develop and maintain broad knowledge of the technical disciplines in the respective functional area(s) and apply that broad knowledge of trends to various areas of the business
  • Work within a strong mentorship relationship; willing to solicit feedback and take direction

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, with an expected graduation date in
  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably within an industrial products company
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Mobility within and outside the US preferred
  • Ability to work in US without sponsorship
