Position Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Plans, leads, and coordinates all activities associated with the overall Budgeting, Bidding, and Buyout of a construction project.
Analyzes project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost of a project and is involved with projects throughout the preconstruction and construction phase.
Various duties as assigned by the Estimating Manager.
Education
Bachelors Degree
Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years of utility grade electrical construction experience preferred
Experience managing, directing, and following up with appropriate company personnel, subcontractors, and general contractors preferred
Hands on experience with HCSS (HeavyBid) estimating software
Hands on experience with quantity take off and construction background.
Excellent computer skills with company software (MS Office, Adobe) and well developed organization skills using the computer
Valid driver license required
