Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $107,000 per year.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Creating discrete event simulation models to analyze the performance of material handling systems
  • Supporting pre-sale efforts through the execution of throughput & sizing analysis of small-size projects
  • Collaborating across disciplines on project requirements and timelines to successfully implement projects.
  • Performing data collection, data analysis, and preparation of model specifications.
  • Setting up and administers simulation scenarios and experiment statistical runs
  • Performing statistical analysis, interpreting results, and presenting to project team
  • Assisting in developing customer presentations
  • Completing designated tasks on time and budget
  • Assisting in improving overall project team processes, documentations, and methodology of simulation deliverables

What We are Looking For:

  • BS/MS in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience and knowledge in simulation model development and process.
  • Experience with a discrete event simulation package (such as Emulate3D, FlexSim, or Plant Simulation) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrate competency with the discrete event simulation concepts, best practice, and methodologies
  • Ability to apply statistical methods and quantitative analysis to simulation problems
  • Experience with material handling systems preferred
  • Eagerness and willingness to develop new skills required for continuous growth of own talent, skills, and capabilities
  • Proficient in structured programing language such as C/C++, C# , Python, or Java
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Design preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
