Summary The Asset Management Planning (AMP) Team uses a variety of analytical and statistical techniques to support a data driven and risk-based methodology that provides insight and guidance for PGE's transmission, substation, distribution, and generation assets. The AMP Team identifies, evaluates, and recommends risk-based and reliability improvement capital and operating investments, while serving as subject matter experts (SME) for asset management within PGE. Core activities and areas of focus for the AMP Team include but are not limited to development & implementation of Asset Management Strategies and Plans, business case evaluation, benefits articulation, development of corporate risk, reliability & resilience goals, and support the prioritization of capital investment portfolios. The Asset Management Analyst role is responsible for leading efforts in development of AMP's economic life cycle models and business cases analyses. The responsibility for this position is complex in nature and require a clear understanding of economic principles, high analytical acumen, and strong modeling capabilities. A wide range of projects and topics will be presented in this role including opportunities to develop long-term investment strategies, improve and/or create new business processes, efficiencies, and solutions. This position will work closely with stakeholders across the Generation, Substation, Distribution & Transmission organizations, the AMP Strategy Integrators, and Portfolio Management. The individual in this role will collaborate with subject matter experts to understand a range of factors that impact the performance of PGE's assets in service to our customers and evaluate opportunities improve reliability. Compensation Range: $104,325.00 - $173,875.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
