Responsibilities:

  Conduct CT Scans: As a CT Scan Technician, your primary responsibility will be operating the CT scanner to capture detailed images of patients' bodies. You'll follow protocols and positioning techniques to ensure accurate and high-quality scans.

  Patient Care and Communication: Put your empathetic side to work by providing compassionate care to patients throughout the scanning process. Explain procedures, answer questions, and alleviate any fears or concerns they may have. Qualifications:

  Technical Skills: Have a solid understanding of CT scanning principles, techniques, and equipment operation.

  Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology: Demonstrate a good grasp of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. This understanding will aid in accurate positioning and assessment of scan results.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements - Required and/or Preferred

Name	Description
Education:	Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
Experience:	2 years of clinical diagnostic radiographic experience preferred.
License(s):	American Registry of Radiological Technologists ARRT(R) upon hire. AART (CT) Registry must be acquired within 12 months upon hire. State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography.
Certification(s):	AHA BLS within 60 days upon hire.
Computer / Typing:	Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
