VP MU Data Analytics & UM CDO Job Description
The University Data, Analytics, and Institutional Research (UDAIR) team is looking for a new leader of Institutional Research (IR). Reporting directly to the MU Vice-Provost of Data Analytics and UM System Chief data Officer, the new UM System / MU Campus Director of Institutional Research will be responsible for IR at our MU flagship campus and coordination of UM System 4-campus compliance and leadership reporting. Primary responsibilities include leadership of our flagship Mizzou Campus IR including external reporting; surveys & assessment; and support of the Provost office including accreditation, faculty affairs and academic programs. In this capacity, this leader will be a point partner for the Provost and Vice-Provosts of academic and faculty programs. Additionally, this position will lead our system-level IR including compliance and 4-campus reporting and Analytics as well as Faculty & Academic Affairs Information Systems. In their system capacity, this person will coordinate with IR leaders at all four campuses and serve as the leadership liaison for IR, data, and assessment for the President, Academic Affairs, and the Board of Curators.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
A Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and at least 7 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Higher Education. Experience at an R1 institution preferred. Experience in Institutional Research; external reporting (including compliance reporting) preferred. Experience with data analytics, data management, system thinking and process improvement preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
