The Senior Director, Contract Administration, is a key member of the Legal team, with responsibility for negotiating, drafting, and advising our internal stakeholders with respect to our Cloud Services, Software License and Professional Services customer contracts. It is a great opportunity to work within an experienced legal and contracts team and interface with leadership across departments at at a fast-paced, high-growth, industry-leading company. This position has significant growth potential in terms of people management, development of contracting strategy, and other leadership roles. The Senior Director will report to the Vice President, Contracts and Administration, and also will have significant engagement with the SVP and Chief Legal Officer. Responsibilities:
