Zayo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Reporting Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing reports to support strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance. The Marketing Reporting Specialist role requires a strong understanding of marketing metrics and reporting tools, and a can-do, proactive approach to the role.

**This is a hybrid role and must be located in the Denver, CO area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing reports and dashboards using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as leads, opportunities, conversion rates, deal velocity and win rate.

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data sources.

  • Support the reporting needs of various disciplines/teams within the Marketing Team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis.

  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Identify trends and patterns in marketing data to inform strategy and tactical decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Marketing Operations, analytics, reporting, or a similar role.

  • Must have experience using Salesforce CRM, Pardot Marketing Automation, and Google Analytics marketing, visualization, and data analytics tools.

  • Tableau experience is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • High proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.

  • Located in the Denver metro area.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
