Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to oversee both technical and administrative functions within our laboratory. This role is pivotal in ensuring that laboratory services meet the high standards set by the College of American Pathologists, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development: Implement staff training programs.
Supervision: Oversee lab operations and provide technical support.
Procedure Management: Maintain procedures, QC, equipment, and inventory.
Quality & Safety: Drive quality improvement, solve problems, and enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with MT (ASCP) or equivalent, or bachelor's degree with relevant experience meeting CLIA '88 standards. ASCP certification preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical laboratory setting.

• Certification: Required registration as a Medical Technologist through ASCP, NCA, AMT, or equivalent.
