Job Summary:

The Digital Inventory Coordinator ensures relevant components for digital boards are provided to restock in-market inventory. This role is responsible for communicating inventory status with Branch Management, shipping & receiving of necessary components, and proper warehouse & inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accepts delivery of all digital components shipped to the Digital Parts Warehouse and logs shipments into appropriate system.
  • Monitors the ticketing system for market requests to ensure quick turnaround on outbound shipments.
  • Properly maintains warehouse in an organized and orderly condition.
  • Accurately and efficiently gathers, packs, and ships digital components to markets when requested.
  • Prepares and attaches any necessary shipping documents to each outbound package.
  • Communicates tracking numbers, status, and expected arrival time of all outbound shipments to markets.
  • Ensures component inventory is up to date in all applicable systems.
  • Assists in loading and unloading delivery trucks, including forklift operations, as needed.
  • Maintains proper stock of packaging materials and replenishes as needed.
  • Works with waste management company to properly dispose of and recycle of any received components deemed not fit for use.
  • Performs regular inventory audits to ensure 'on-hand' components in inventory aligns with expectations.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education and Certifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred.
  • Forklift Operator Certification required.

Work Experience

  • One (1) + years related work experience in a warehousing, shipping/receiving capacity.

Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
  • Must have the ability to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must have ability to learn and use company and customer system(s).
