The Valuation and Forensic Managers work as a member of the Forensic Consulting Group in our San Diego office, contributing to diverse projects including business appraisal and valuation, intellectual property asset valuation, and litigation support for complex business litigation. This position performs financial analysis, market research and data analytics, under the supervision of upper-level management. Our Forensic Consulting Group is currently seeking a qualified Valuation and Forensics Manager in our downtown San Diego, CA office. Primary responsibilities will include: business valuations; financial analysis and modeling; company and industry research; and assistance in preparation of valuation and other expert reports to be utilized for valuation, litigation and forensic accounting purposes. Additional activities will include managing document requests/production, building/maintaining valuation models and reports, conducting site visits and client interactions. The annual salary target for this job in this market is $115,000 - $140,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
