Description
Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Program Analyst (PA) to support the FAA. The selected candidate will bring a diverse set of skills, ranging from managing the client's schedule and meetings, ensuring easy access to briefings and talking points, to overseeing all program actions by tracking and addressing them promptly. Additionally, the PA will excel in creating and maintaining key deliverables, including briefings for Internal Program Reviews (IPRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Joint Resource Council (JRC) decision meetings, as well as reports like Program Status Reports (PSRs), Acquisition Quarterly Program Reviews (AQPRs), and JRC artifacts such as Business Case Analysis Reports (BCAR) or Shortfall Analysis Reports (SAR). They will also be adept at developing talking points for topics like vendor updates, congressional inquiries, etc. The PA will work closely with the Program Team, Group Manager(s), Director/Deputy Director, Vice President's Office, and external stakeholders. They will effectively lead meetings, foster engagement from key participants, and manage meeting minutes and action items. In some cases, they may also assist with the preparation and processing of travel authorizations and vouchers, or serve as the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) Lead/Manager for the program. Familiarity with the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS) and JRC process is highly desirable. Salary Range: $78,300 - $132,000 The listed salary range serves as a general guideline. Regulus Group considers several factors when determining final base salary offers, including the specific scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, location, education, skills, and contract assignment.
