Sales Engineer I Job Description As a sales engineer, you will be working closely with the Sales Manager and other sales team members on activities regarding the project pre-contract phase to ensure a successful project sale. As part of the dynamic and multidisciplinary sales team, your goal is to identify and analyze the customer's needs and transfer those into a successful sales concept. You will have the responsibility to provide solutions regarding complex technical and business issues, especially data- and process analyses, and concepts. You will be the lead person to consult the client to find their best solution. As part of the sales team, you are responsible for making a competitive, high quality quotation. Within the team, you will be the lead person for concepts and quotation, and you will be involved in the handover phase to operations and the project implementation phase on site. Job Requirements and Qualifications:
This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary rate listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary rate offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate-dependent.
