Position Summary The Program Director for Change Management plays an intricate role within MemorialCare as they are responsible for driving and successfully leading change-related organizational initiatives. This role will serve as a high-level liaison working with different IS teams, project managers, vendors, key stakeholders, operational leaders and executives to ensure the proper due diligence has been completed as it relates to the impacts of all implementations and change initiatives. This Program Director will ensure that structured programs are in place to manage all dynamics of change and the impacts from a fully integrated ecosystem perspective. This requires the Program Director to have an astute understanding of MemorialCare's infrastructure, core operating models, strategic priorities, operational dependencies, and adaptability for change. This role is designed to take all these factors into consideration and work closely with IS department to ensure the success of well-orchestrated and intentional change initiatives are implemented for optimal customer satisfaction. The Program Director for Change Management will promote standardization of change management protocols to ensure proper documentation, testing, communication, readiness, and implementation contingencies are identified and anticipated. This role will also help facilitate the mitigation of any perceived risks associated with change initiatives in order to minimize financial and service disrupting impact to the organization. This role will have an overarching responsibility to ensure there is a streamlined and seamless process of engaging the various teams involved in fulfilling change initiatives from inception through governance to implementation.
