Your Day-to-Day activities:



  • This role is a work in-office position (Anchor Position).
  • Supporting manufacturing activities and deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Coordination of tasks related to preparation for manufacturing activities (e.g. ordering of tooling, fixturing, consumables, etc.).
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
  • Support the execution of manufacturing activities on customer projects by providing technical input/oversight on planned tasks.
  • Lead the manufacturing team members through emergent technical challenges, including the assessment and dispositioning of manufacturing non-conformances.
  • Review and revising procedures, creating manufacturing support documents, performing qualifications, and supporting the development of new products and processes.


  • Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and providing resolution.


Who you are:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of all MS Office programs.


  • Minimum of 5years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing / machining background is desired.
  • Experience in reading and understanding drawings.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • A firm commitment to procedural integrity and willingness to support/lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience working effectively in a team environment.
