Under the direction of the Audiologists, Clinic Manager, and/or Clinic Supervisor the Dispenser / Coordinator's job duties are focused around dispensing hearing aids and coordinating general office duties in coordination with Audiology within the department of Head & Neck Surgery. Sees patients independently to manage patients seeking hearing aids and performs hearing aid troubleshooting. Serves as a resource for patients, physicians, staff and ambulatory care service managers. Functions as department liaison between clinical/business operations and administration. Provides administrative support to the Audiologists. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $63,016 - $78,384 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $30.18 - $37.54 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
