Autonomous Maintenance Technician - Round Tops Product Group

In this position, you will be an important member of the Maintenance team supporting our UCA Product Group. You will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and performance of the processes needed to successfully reach our operations goals.

Perform OPM/Provisional Standards on production equipment.
• Perform/Assist with production equipment set-up and start-up.
• Learn how to operate production equipment in assigned area(s).
• Perform consumable change outs such as, but not limited to tooling, filters, and staple guns, silicone barrels, shrink/stretch wrap rolls.
• Enter repair work orders into Maintenance Software (CMMS).
• Assist maintenance with repairs as assigned.
• Assist with training new operators.
• Other jobs as assigned by management.

• Ability to learn equipment operation.
• Equipment and process knowledge.
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
• Safe work habits.
• Basic computer skills, including MS office.
• Communication skills.

Schedule

Day shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday and any required overtime.
