Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM, with rotating holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Neurodiagnostic Assistant to:



  • Monitor seizure patients in the EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) via remote video system.
  • Recognize, classify and document interictal, ictal, and post-ictal activity.
  • Place, remove, and maintain electrodes on both video EEC patients and continuous EEG ICU patients.
  • Determine when to activate emergency measures to intervene in patient seizure activity and alert appropriate personnel.

Education:

Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:

Preferred - One (1) year experience or equivalent as a Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - CPR/BLS
