Aon is looking for an Administrative / Compliance Specialist, Captive and Insurance Management Burlington, VT - HYBRID!

Aon is currently recruiting an Administrative / Compliance Support Specialist to join our Captive Insurance and Management team in Burlington Vermont. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting a team of colleagues who service clients in the captive insurance industry by handling reporting requirements, maintaining supporting documentation and assisting with internal compliance requirements.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Burlington, VT office.

What the day will look like

  • Provide a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, and fellow co-workers both inside and outside of the immediate team.
  • Assist with new client and colleague onboarding.
  • Manage new clients, existing clients, tracking and reporting in a specialized compliance platform.
  • Assist with oversight/reporting/documenting contractual exceptions
  • Provide back-up for administrative team in treasury activities, front desk and reception and ad-hoc reporting for clients and internal compliance

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $32,000 to $60,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
