Application Window Open date: August 16, 2023 Most recent review date: Monday, Aug 26, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Sunday, Feb 16, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY The University of California, San Francisco, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is recruiting for a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopaedic Surgery with subspecialty expertise in hip and knee arthroplasty. The selected candidate will be appointed to the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank of the Health Sciences (HS) Clinical, Clinical X, or In Residence faculty series. The position will participate in clinical care activities based primarily at UCSF Marin Health and its satellite clinics, but will have full access to all UCSF sites and academic resources. The incumbent may support the Arthroplasty fellowship. The incumbent will be expected to collaborate in clinical and/or basic research as well as publish subsequent results in peer reviewed journals. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $142,800 - $377,200. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
