As the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing high-level grant strategies that foster revenue-generating collaborations. At Providence's system level, you'll be pivotal in aligning philanthropic efforts with our mission to revolutionize healthcare delivery. What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead a high-performing Corporate and Foundation Relations team, collaborating with executive, program, and physician leaders across all organizational levels. Drive engagement with philanthropy leaders, regional and local hospital directors, and Providence's system functional teams-including Community Partnerships, Marketing Communications, Branding, and Social.
- Develop High-Impact Strategies: In partnership with the Executive Director, craft innovative foundation and corporate partnership strategies that propel Providence's philanthropic objectives forward. These strategies will encompass grants, vendor and equipment partnerships, CSR initiatives, employee engagement, and comprehensive corporate sponsorship alignments.
- Establish and Achieve Goals: Set clear, measurable goals for foundation and corporate partnerships, establishing policies, procedures, and timelines for implementation. Lead the pursuit of significant funding opportunities, nurturing a multi-million-dollar donor pipeline.
- Expand Donor Portfolio: Drive your team to identify, cultivate, and solicit new foundation and corporate partners, delivering substantial collaborations and expanding the donor portfolio.
- Ensure Excellence in Stewardship: Maintain impeccable stewardship processes for existing foundation and corporate donors, ensuring all reporting and partnership requirements are fulfilled for sustained grant success.
- Collaborate for Greater Impact: Partner with Providence Executive Leaders to identify strategic pathways with philanthropic foundations and corporate entities. Inspire and motivate teams to elevate foundation and corporate giving locally and regionally, fostering high-impact philanthropy through support, engagement, and stellar communication.
What You'll Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A proven track record with 8 years in grants, foundation relations, corporate partnership, cause marketing, sponsorship, fundraising, or related domains, along with 6 years of leadership experience.
- Healthcare Engagement: Proficiency in engaging with diverse healthcare constituencies, including physicians, administrators, and professionals (Preferred).
