We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Light MIG Welder / General Metal Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for performing light MIG welding, grinding, and general metal fabrication duties in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Job Duties Perform light MIG welding on metal components and assemblies. Operate grinders and other hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist with general metal fabrication and finishing processes. Prepare materials for welding, grinding, and assembly. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements Previous MIG welding or metalworking experience preferred. Experience using grinders, hand tools, and power tools. Ability to use measuring tools and read a tape measure. Basic computer skills for documentation and work orders preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Valid Arkansas Driver's License required. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive work in a manufacturing environment.
