Administrative Support 4

Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) enables the facilities and infrastructure required to support Lam's operations and future growth. As project demand continues to increase, the team delivers critical construction and infrastructure initiatives while building internal capabilities that reduce reliance on contract labor, preserve institutional knowledge, and strengthen long-term project execution and operational support.

The Facilities Coordinator will work with the facilities manager to maintain facilities infrastructure and equipment and provide oversight of services provided by Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) support teams, including building maintenance, equipment maintenance, janitorial, landscape, mailroom, copy center, printers, cleanroom garments, and cleanroom consumable supplies. This role will serve as a liaison between company employees and GWS contractors and service providers.

• Interface with and support all Lam business units as needed to resolve operations, safety and environmental issues related to facilities.
• Analyze and evaluate complex, ambiguous problems a with focus on rapid solutions.
• Direct outsourced provider resources or other vendors to solve both urgent and long-term issues.
• Identify building and site issues and drive them to closure.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to monitor timely work order completion by GWS service providers.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations staff to support Cleanroom and Lab Operations.
• Participate in or lead Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Green teams, SIPP, Safety committee, Safety incident reviews, ERT, Daily Operations meetings.
• Participate in facility construction design reviews to ensure effective operational support upon project completion.
• Identify and catalog improvements to reduce operating costs, increase system integrity, and improve operational uptime.
• Retrieve and report on trash and recycling volumesand implement initiatives to achieve waste reduction targets.
• Enter Purchase requisitions, review and approve invoices, and track actuals to budget.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience; three years of work experience in Facilities Support position.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
