Job Description
Role purpose Build robotics and physical-AI capabilities that connect perception, planning, control, simulation, and deployment for industrial autonomous systems. Key responsibilities * Develop robot models, kinematics, control interfaces, perception integration, and simulated workflows. * Integrate simulation with ROS2, sensors, actuators, robotic arms, mobile robots, or industrial equipment. * Implement and evaluate navigation, manipulation, perception, or reinforcement-learning workflows. * Move use cases from simulation to hardware while identifying and reducing sim-to-real gaps. * Instrument experiments and analyze safety, performance, and failure modes. Required experience and skills * Robotics software engineering with Python/C++. * ROS/ROS2, kinematics, transforms, control, perception, and debugging. * Hands-on simulation and hardware integration experience. Preferred experience Isaac Sim/Lab, Omniverse, Jetson, MoveIt, Nav2, reinforcement learning, PLC/MES integration, or autonomous vehicles. Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
