Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: Product Owner Secondary: Payments, WIRES experience Experience: Minimum 10 years Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX Roles & Responsibilities * Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA. Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria. * Payment Strategy: Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow). * Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams. * Quality Assurance: Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
